What movement means to me?

My First loves?  5 Rhythms Dance. Drawing from indigenous and world dance traditions and Gestalt therapy this practice is said to put the body in motion in order to still the mind.

My current passion? Modern & Classical Dance.  Capoeira.

Road Less Travelled

Ideal place of happiness? When I am dancing for the pure pleasure of it.  Not for anyone, not for anything, just spontaneous and in the moment.

Introvert or Extrovert? I go through phases! Mainly though, I like being at home.

Scented or Unscented Products?  Unscented

Night Owl or Early Bird?  I’m neither. I like to go to bed early but I don't get up early!

Bucket List of travel destinations?  Croatia- Feel drawn because this is where my roots stem from.  Greece Fascinated with the mythology as a little girl and love the blues and whites. Brazil to study dance and Capoeira 

What is your greatest extravagance? Workshops and Trainings
